Pastor Bob Boone is a Calvary Chapel pastor and pastor emeritus of Mt Hall Community Church, a Calvary Chapel Association fellowship in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. His wife, Cheryl was the Women’s Ministry Director at MHCC. They are happily married for over 30 years. Bob spent over 30 years in law enforcement before entering the ministry. Cheryl is a retired Registered Nurse. They have seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
We enjoy guest teaching at other Calvary Chapels where the pastor needs a break or there is a need for men’s events, women’s events or couples conferences and retreats.
The Daily Manna is the “One Year Bible” format with light commentary making it a survey through scripture. The livestream broadcast began very simply in 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdowns to keep Christians in a systematic study and reading of the entire Bible. From 2020 to 2025, the Daily Manna was a ministry of Mt Hall Community Church in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Effective January 2025, it is a stand alone para-church ministry.
The Daily Manna is a way to interactively keep people over a wide distance in an online Bible study. We are not a replacement for in person fellowship but designed to keep you plugged into a daily devotional life with Jesus. Invite a family member or friend that has a difficult time staying in their daily Bible reading.

Statement of Faith
Calvary Chapel Daily Manna Ministries is a non-denominational Ministry under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our utmost desire is to know Christ and to be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. Our goal is to reach people with the Gospel message in order to bring them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, and to enhance discipleship in Christian believers.
-We believe that the Bible is inspired by God in its entirety, and is without error in the original autographs, a complete and final written revelation from God. We believe that the Holy Spirit selected the very Words in the Bible’s entirety.
-We believe that there is only one God, who is eternal and immutable, and manifests Himself in three distinct Persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
-We believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the promised Messiah, born of a virgin, totally without sin. He is God in human flesh. He died on the cross for our sins. He was buried, rose again from the dead on the third day, and ascended to the right hand of the Father in heaven. He now intercedes for us who believe in Him.
-We believe that Jesus Christ is going to return in the clouds for His church (The Rapture) before the tribulation that is coming on the whole earth. We believe He will return with His saints and all His holy angels to the earth at the end of the tribulation, which is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. We believe He will set up His kingdom on earth. We believe He will reign forever over the New Heaven and the New Earth forevermore.
-We believe that all humanity is lost and born with a sinful nature. We believe humanity can only be saved by a personal faith in the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and not by any human merit or performance.
-We believe that heaven is a real place where the saved will dwell forever. We believe hell is a literal place of torment where unbelievers will suffer forever.
-We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is empowered to live a Godly Life. We further believe His power and gifts are available to believers today and operational in the church. We believe one of the ministries of the Holy Spirit is to convict the world of sin, and to empower the believer towards righteousness and the judgment that awaits us all.
-We believe worship of God should be inspirational. Therefore, we give a great place to music in our service.
-We believe worship of God should be intelligent. Therefore, our services are designed with great emphasis upon teaching the Word of God that for instruction pertaining to life and Godliness.
-We believe worship of God should be fruitful. We believe every aspect of our worship service from the music to the teaching of God’s Word is worship. We believe worshiping God should change us into the image of Jesus Christ.
-We believe marriage has been ordained by God. Therefore, we recognize marriage as exclusively the legal union of one biologically born man and one biologically born woman in which such union is a lifetime commitment. Also, the Bible is clear that legitimate sexual relations are exercised solely within marriage.
